"Railroad" Magazine, February 1943
Here is a photo by Granville Thomas that was published originally in the February 1943 issue of "Railroad" magazine, page 139. Photo Caption: "Riding into the sunset: This train of the Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines is pictured on a stretch of track between Sea Isle City and 55th Street, Ocean City, N.J., which is now about to be torn up." The pedigree of the steam locomotive pictured here, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. Note the dinky locomotive bell!
