Description:  The IORY local was well on its way back. However, little did I know, the train would be shoving its only car back to the yard at Valley Junction instead of pulling it once it reached home rails. So, another obstacle was thrown in my way. I found the resident GP9 working Consolidated Grain and Barge in North Bend where the first of two connections between the CSX and IORY are, giving a nice poof of oil while shoving a few cars around.

Description:  At North Bend, the CIND and CSX split and gain a little bit of distance from US 50, and there is also another CG&B plant. The one at the North Bend location uses a high hood GP9 to shuttle cars. Unfortunately, they were not working when we parked here, but that may have actually been in our favor. If they were working we probably would not have been able to sit here.
